Peter Mør and James Grouper’s coupling behind the decks works as clockwork, a synchronised link feeding music into each other while the read-out monitor lights blink at a fast pace and the signal intensifies. Peter opens with streams of house-infused nuggets that gather speed and texture, then hands it to James, who rearranges them into a sliding techno puzzle, shaping the ideas into view before letting them go.
Their flow is conversational, a low-key exchange of organic sounds, field recordings and half-remembered melodies. One minute you’re tracing a familiar groove, the next you're inside a web, unsure where the entry point was. Alinea A and Vinculum values merge, always favouring participation over display.
